I booked a flight to Atlanta yesterday leaving Monday morning and clicked on check one bag for an additional $56.00 each way. The conformation indicates one carryon for $75.00 each way. I call yesterday and the issue was not resolved and they indicated someone would call me today to resolve the issue, the issue is still not resolved.
I called again and customer service is baaad!
