So yesterday I booked a trip that was supposed to be $329 a person from Boston to Orlando on Alaskan Airlines after I finally figured out how to do this on your page 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying that alaskan airlines is not on this rate, it gets changed to a Delta flight. I specifically told the person on the phone I needed the same type of flight with a carry-on baggage and a personal item and I really wanted to get the seats assigned because I am a handicapped person and I also need wheelchair at the airport. Last night I checked my email and my flight has changed to the Delta flight, but not a full-size carry-on, or seat assignment, which is what he specifically said he would take care of because of the issues with the first flight and this is my first time using you. So now it’s costing me $150 more, with no seat assignment and a half size carry-on what the heck is that? I’m really not happy about this whole situation. I was willing to pay the price for the first flight. I thought it was a pretty good deal but then it turned out to not be a good deal at all and don’t know if I will do this next time.
