My first time using cheapflightfares. I was so confused about all the pricing, services, fees, cancellation policies, baggage restrictions, insurance, special deals, and the fine print issues. I finally had my itinerary and I wanted to add a carry on the next day. You cannot do that. I paid $23.00 for ¨premier support¨ which is essentially NOTHING. then I come to find out there are NO REFUNDS because I made the mistake. I will take responsibility for my naivete. But buying airline tickets online should be simpler than this. I´m thinking ALL online travel services operate the same way. Not very encouraging. ------------- The next day I received a text message and e-mail from a manager at "Customer Resolution Team" who "wanted to resovle this soon." He provided me with instructions and a contact number asking me to communicate with him. I responded to the email and next day called twice. The second time another lady offered to help but was not familiar with my case. I asked for the manager who originally contacted me and was informed he was not in that day nor would he be in the next day. So bottom line, I felt foolish for thinking this was a genuine attempt at customer care. That sentiment is reflected in this revised review.
