Sold me a round trip ticket basic economy from Aberdeen to Minneapolis for 279. Booked the flight. Paid for it. The ticket was non refundable. Got no confirmation email. When i called they said that there were "no seats left". They forced me to pay an additional 110 to move to main cabin or lose the 279. Worst of all, when we took off there were a bunch of open seats back there! 😒 They sure saw me coming! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will NEVER book a flight with "cheap" flights again! TRAVELERS BEWARE! Search elsewhere! They only got 1 star because it wont go lower! AFTER POSTING THIS POOR REVIEW, THEY CALLED AND ASKED ME WHAT THEY COULD DO TO MAKE ME CHANGE IT. THEY OFFERED ME A 50 DOLLAR REFUND ON THE 110 THAT I OVERPAID AND SOME TRAVEL VOUCHER GOOD FOR A YEAR. I SAID I ONLY FLY ONCE EVERY 10 TO 15 YEARS. THEY OFFERED TO MAKE THE VOUCHER GOOD FOR 2 YEARS... 🤣🤣🤣 I Finally told them they can refund the full amount or ill turn them in for false advertising. "I will submit the request for a full refund. It should take 7 to 10 days to reach your account." THE END!
