I would have given you 5, but when I called your agent asking to notify ANA (all nippon) that we are checking as luggage a small dog with total weight of 13K (dog & solid cage), in compliance with CDC requirements and IATA . I explained that I have no means to contact directly from Thailand the airline, she was categoritely negative for adding this information to our booking with our email for the airline if they want to communicate with us.
