First I got an email saying to call due to a change in my fare. I call and apparently the price of the tickets increased and I had to pay the difference. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I approved it and paid the difference. I then asked to add mine and a friends babies (under 2yrs old) to our flight itinerary. They said the fare was free for the children but we needed to pay the taxes which doesn’t make any sense. It was going to $150 to add two lap children. After fighting with the lady on the phone I pretty much had no other choice at the time but to pay the amount. After all was said and done I had to pay an extra $300 over my original booking price. This website is a scam, I will never use them again. Oh and on Deltas website you can add a lap child for free of charge, but cheapflightfares won’t refund me what I paid. Lousy company!
