I’m very upset with the results from cheap flights. My wife was declined to get on the airplane when she got there with two hours of anticipation and they do not let her board the plane I called cheap flights and they totally wash their hands off the problem and did not help me at all. We had to pay an additional $99 to be able to change the flight for tomorrow so I will never use you guys again due to the fact Not our fault And the company for chief flights completely ignore my request. I’m trying to help me with this. I called cheap flight. Still have about 40 minutes before the flight departure and they still went ahead and said that they couldn’t do nothing.
