I purchased a ticket on this website. Almost instantly I started receiving text messages, emails, and voicemails (10pm) that I needed to contact customer service immediately over the ticket I purchased. When I called the number back, they put me on hold for about 20 minutes while they were trying to figure out my reservation. When the guy came back online, he said there was no problem and he would issue my ticket. I'm not sure why I had to go through all this if there was no problem. After we hung up, moments later I was called by Cheapflightsfares from another representative who said there were problems with my purchase. I told her that I'd already gone through all these calls, texts, and emails. She puts me on hold for another 10 minutes. When she comes back she tells me there's actually no problem and the first representative would issue my ticket. I eventually did get my tickets but it cost me 30 minutes of being on hold with two representatives only to tell me that there weren't actually any problems at all. I don't know why I had to go through all that for a problem that didn't seem to exist?
