I tried to cancel a flight that was booked less than 24 hours ago. That should be as simple as clicking on a link.
Instead, I had to call. Then I was told they could only refund about half, even though the terms clearly state free cancellation for 24 hours.
I had to threaten to do a charge back on my credit card before being issued the refund.
