Representatives were very rude. Also don't know how to treat their customer. I booked flight from toronto and the confirmation email i received shows the amount in canadian dollar but representative was arguing with me that it's in USD. They will charge me in USD instead of canadian dollar. Two guys with i talked were very rude. And after sometime i call back and talk with a lady she was fine, very polite and understood my situation and helped me.
