Unable to get full refund nor refund for checked bag fees even though I wanted to cancel 24 hours in advanced as stated but Fernando said I couldn’t and said a nonstop flight was about $1000 give or take. Unbelievable and unsatisfied with his customer service. ZERO STARS.
