I thought flight currency was in local currency. Shouldn't your site be able to identify my location and update currency accordingly? Secondly, I could not check in online because all the code I could find in my email notification would not work. Update: I received a call from the team and my complaint were addressed respectfully and I will always appreciate an establishment that understands criticism is an opportunity to grow. Great site and great team. 👍 I will certainly be using the site cause I got a good deal still.😊 Update: The customer care team called sincerely to discuss the review and offered a coupon code to update my review. I attempted to use the code and it didn’t work. Called the customer care and I was told I have to call to use the code. Also, they will have to assist with the booking so that the code can be used. The customer care person I called said he would call me back within the an hour to book but I have not received any call back from them for the past three days. So you know, if they call you to change your review in the site and offer you some discount code or something. Just know it is a lie.
