Read a lot of poor reviews about this company, made me nervous when I needed to ask for a refund. First time I called for a refund I was left on hold for 30 mins and was hung up on... frustrating. However, second time I called my refund was honored, though I had to specifically cite the 24 hour refund policy and request an email confirmation. The email confirmation looked super unprofessional and not legit, but my refund was indeed processes. All in all not a terrible experience but not a great one either.
