After my initial review Cheap Fights reached out to me and in my opinion made things right. I would recomend them at this point. SUPER SHADY COUSTOMER SERVICE When purchasing ticket auto fill had wrong middle name. I noticed it after I received confirmation email. I called them within 10 minutes of purchasing to correct it, they wanted $98 to make the change. stating that was the airline fee. I called the airline, and they corrected it for free!!! I called cheap back and said airline had corrected and ask for them to send a new conformation with updated info and now they wanted to charge $75. SUPER SHADY !!!
