They asked up to upgrade so that my husband and I had the same price so that we could be seated together - that there were very few seats left. We did, both parts of the trip the planes were less than 1/2 full. I also waited 5 hours to send the tickets, I called at 11:30 which means I had to check back all night since we were leaving in the morning. It all worked out in the end the we paid more the process could have been much easier. Update I was contacted by the company they were interested in resolving - which meant speaking to their team and reimbursing and crediting up to $100 of the cost of the flight. So far I have not recieved the credit or the reimbursement.
