I bought a ticket with Cheapflightfares but wished to cancel it within the 24 hour window for a fllat cancellation. I went to its web site and use the chat mode. There is nothing on it about not able to cancel a ticket thru CHAT. I was with chat and replied to 8 questions for Chat to authenticate my ID. Chat came back with a text message with a phone number that I have to call this number where cancelation could be done ( cancellation can be done ONLY thru phone) I called 55 times and could not get thru; I got busy signal them the system disconnected my calls. All of these was done at the "11th hour;" I was afraid that I had passed the 24 hour window but gave up. CheapFlightsFares.com could not make any simplier
