The person helping me on the line changed my flight to have a layover when I directly said i did not want a layover and wanted a direct flight. The flight ended up costing me more and they did not want to change it to my initial flight which actually cost less. I nevel acknowledged the flight changes through email or phone because the line got disconnected. On the last call I made, I was told they were going to change it to my original flight and give me a $50 dollar voucher and the agent. I did not get anything resolved or get the voucher. I am stuck with a layover and traveling days I do not want extra.
