I am revising my review because after I gave such a bad review, the company called and tried to handle my complaints to help me feel more satisfied. The gentleman that called was very skilled at not becoming angry at me or the situation and did his best to rectify the problem. Every company should have someone like him to smooth over complaints. I suppose that since it has been a couple of years since I have flown, everything is changes and no doubt it is my lack of knowledge of how things work now that gave rise to my dissatisfaction. So I have changed my rating. But I will be take more time while booking a flight and will book well in advance and investigate the competitive pricing before booking with anyone. Luckily, we will be flying quite a bit in the new year so I will get some experience.
Won't use your service again. Want a price that includes a chair. Are you going to charge me each time I use the restroom? Do I have to also pay for the pretzels? I ended up paying more for the flight one piece at a time than just paying Delta full price.
