I set up a flight on their website and paid. Received an urgent email to call back. Upon calling I was told my flight wasn't available. Was told I could upgrade to main cabin for several hundred more. I did move forward as I need the flight. After further review same day I found the flight was available at other competitors site and directly from American website. Called back well within 24 hours and was told I could get a refund minus several hundred dollars in fees. I also was told that the prices that I found much lower were not accurate and felt like the agent was saying I was lying. I was looking at American site and said he was also and he said I was wrong. Ended the call with him and called back in demanding a full refund. They eventually gave it to After this agent kept insisting I let him try. I kept saying no. I now have our flight scheduled through American and and almost 500.00 cheaper. Stay away from this company as they say one thing and do another. Happy today we are all set. I will always go directly to the airlines website first and stay away from 3rd party like this company.
