UPDATE: Cheap Flights resolved the seat issue and Frontier now shows the seats I originally selected. In my opinion this was excellent customer service. Thank you Cheap Flights for taking such quick action to resolve the problem. I selected my seats and paid the required fee to do so when I purchased my ticket. Cheapflight did send me a ticket with the seats I chose listed on the ticket. However when I logged into Frontier and put in my ticket number it showed no seats had been selected. I contacted Cheapflights customer service and let them know. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and after checking on this issue let me know he had escalted the problem and that it would be taken care. Within 24 Frontier did show I had seat selections, they weren't the seats that I selected they were further back. So lesson learned IF I purchase a ticket through Cheapflights again I will not pay for seat selection. Instead I will wait and login to the Airline site, enter my ticket number then select & purchase my seats there.
