I've reserved a one-way business class ticket from Budapest to LAX using a fare advertised on KAYAK. I checked the following day but no ticket issued and no CC charged. I called and learned that the fare on this airline was no longer available. I was very alarmed but asked to speak to a manager (Oscar). He tried to honor the fare of this airline but wasn't able to, but finally was able to get me the same fare at a similar dep and arrival times on a different airline. Kudos to Oscar for finding a solution. My disappointment was that I needed to check and call on my own as I was never notified of the initial issue in the first place. Still, I would use them again because of their commitment to finding an acceptable resolution.
