I was in a party of 5 paid for one bag. I gave them my name and it showed i hadn't purchased a bag. They put it in another one of the passengers name and I paid for the bag at the airport. Coming back they said I paid for airport assistance which stopped them from assigning me seats after I purchased pre check in that come with seat assignment. I therefor had to go extra early to the airport to secure seats. I never paid for assistance nor did the airline have anything on me asking for assistance. Those 2 errors were unacceptable. Especially since when I called them , they insisted that the errors were made by me
