We had to cancel our tickets due to illness. We completely understood that we purchased non-refundable tickets but, had we purchased directly from the airline, we would have at least been issued a travel credit for the amount we paid (minus a $99 fee). Cheapflightsfares is only willing to give us a travel credit for $350 out of about $900. Lesson learned. Never again.
