Overall the site is easy to use and clear. Honestly, after checking around, I didn't find it much cheaper than other services. First time I booked, I picked seats and baggage, paid for both. When my confirmation arrived, they were not there. Called to inquire and to add them, but the cost became prohibitive. Canceled the reservation. Re-booked and got what we needed. Can I recommend this service ABOVE others. Probably not, but the experience was fine.
