I successfully booked tickets but found the process of receiving them a little opaque and broken. I booked tickets for two people, and when the e-tickets arrived I went to the airline's website to pull them up, but kept getting an error that the ticket number didn't match the name. I finally called the airline's customer service and found out that everything was correct, except that the e-ticket email from Cheap Flights Fares had the ticket numbers backwards, i.e. the ticket number they said was mine was actually my partner's, and vice versa. So, got the tickets fine, but that was weird and stressful to figure out and seems like the kind of error that should be easy to avoid. Also there were a lot of typos I noticed in the email that made me worried this was a scam website, even though it isnt.
