Reservation process, in general, was what it should be. Accessing your site was easy. the only problem is you don't show all pieces of information that the customer needs to make the decision conveniently. For example, I reserved ticket for me and my wife without being able to get acess to the advance seat selection details and rates because it was hidden purposely at the end of related page and customer needed to scroll down to discover it! Later after calling your customer service, I was told that I need to pay $190 per paggenger to do the seat selection! If i knew about this high cost of seat selection, I may have decided to do something different. This, to me, is not a good behaviour. I needed to have seat selection policy the same way that other information like cancellation policy and rates are displayed. I believe your purpose was to involve the customer step by step. I received a call from your company and a nice guy helped me and assigned the seats for me. I am very impressed and improved my review to a 5 star one.
