This is the first time I’ve ever book with you guys and it will be the last time I ever do. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Your employees were extremely rude on the phone. Do your research before you deal with this place however, I advise people to not book with this company at all. Their policies are a lie. They do not honor anything it says.
