My dad booked my flight for me and when I got the confirmation everything looked just as my dad told me to expect. He said he paid for seat selection so I went to the airline’s website to choose the seats, the fact that my dad paid already was not reflected. They wanted to charge for it again since it wasn’t noted on my reservation. And then I noticed that the flight time on the confirmation is not the same as what shows with the airline. My flight is actually 6 hours earlier than the one booked! And now my dad says he paid for checked luggage too but that isn’t showing either. You guys couldn’t have screwed up more!
