Even and putting your credit card in for and confirming purchase! Once you call them to ask why it’s pending, they will tell you that the promotion expired while you confirmed purchase or that many people booked at the same time, and as a result you got booted out of promotion. It’s a sales tactic for them. When they do tell you this flight is no longer available, they keep you on the phone to try to “match the price” or get the best price… only to sell upsell you and offer you something 5 times more than the initial advertised fares. It’s false advertisement and a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT BOOK … YES PRICES ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
