I will never do business with this company again. I bought the insurance thinking that if I needed to change it would cover that only to find out that it didn't. There was a large storm coming the day I was to leave and I wanted to change to another date. I have to go 80 miles to the airport plus having lots of hills to navigate. I spoke to several people and the last one wanted to charge me over $300 to make a change. These people have no compassion at all!
