After purchasing 4 tickets from you,
I went to select seats at Alaska Airlines, and discovered that none of the free seats in the main cabin were available. Only some seats in the preferred main cabin were available. I had to pay over a thousand dollars for the 4 seats. I called Alaska Airlines. They confirmed that if I had bought the ticket from them with seats in main cabin, which were indeed available, I would have save over 3 hundred dollars. I called you to cancel but I was one day late to cancel.
I will never buy tickets from you again.
