I am grateful to God for a safe flight. Great pilots at Southern who also had great customer service. The booking was somewhat based on lies. I was not looking to go for a charter plane and there was no disclosure about it. There was no disclosure about the high sickening noise levels and no toilets, and the fact that the take off was not in DFW main airport per the online information. If I had know all that information I would have opted to go with a regular plane and pay more. I ended up with motion sickness but thank God it is resolved. The flight back had accurate information. Please consider the feedback and ki day let passengers know that info ahead of time. Some may like it the fact that security checks are waived, others would rather pay more and use regular planes.
