At the end of the day I received my tickets l, but due to everything that happened in between purchasing and receiving my ticket, I lost trust and thought I was being scammed. To cancel a ticket purchased within 24 hrs you need to to call (can’t do it online) and getting a hold of someone is really hard. Once you get a hold of an executive, they try to convince you not tu cancel your ticket by saying you will receive it in 15 minutes or so. Then that doesn’t happen and I have to call again and the lack of reliability and professionalism makes me not want to trust. Wouldn’t use this platform again.
