I bought a round trip ticket from Thunder Bay to Toronto from Cheap flights. When I bought the ticket, I saw that there was an option to get a refund. Since my appointment time in Toronto had changed, I paid the money for this refund option, and as I predicted, my appointment time changed, and when I wanted to change my ticket, they wanted a difference of 277 CAD. When I told them that I did not want to pay this difference, that the ticket had a refund option and that I wanted to return it, they told me that this was a very difficult process, that I had to call the insurance company, that they would do their best not to pay this money, and that instead they would give me an exchange for 125 CAD. I obliged and paid the difference. However, I do not plan to buy a ticket from your company again because of this kind of deceptions.
