I was pleased that I was called to resolve the minor issue that created an inconvenience in my travel schedule. The situation that was resolved was as follows: I chose my flight and bookedd a flight for a good rate and then 2 hours later I was called and informed that my airfare would cost more. Happy to see that they made amends and fairly addressed this situation refunding a portion of the fare.
