Good price, good service, good flight. My first thought after purchasing my tickets was uncertainty. "Why is this 30% cheaper than everyone else"? Then I saw the message AFTER the purchase that I would receive my tickets within 24 hours. Well the flight was a last minute change in business travel, purchased only 25 hours after before boarding. So I thought "here goes, I'm going to learn the flight didn't get purchased". But it was. I called their customer service, and a very nice lady put me on hold for under 2 minutes and confirmed that I would receive my ticket notice in an hour. And I did. Then I noticed that the seats weren't assigned and it would require an upgrade to pick seats. "Ok," I thought, "here's where I get scammed out of that 30% savings, and probably more." But no, the seats were assigned once I got to the airport, and in fact Alaska put me in an exit row because I'm 6'6" and a non-reclining seat would be AWFUL.
