Booked a flight, then quickly realized I had chosen the wrong date. Called within 15 minutes to change it, and they wouldn't do it without a $180 change fee. I offered to pick a cheaper flight on the date I wanted and pay the higher fare of my original booking. "Sorry, that's our policy."
