No communication what so ever. I booked a flight for next day travel and immediately got a confirmation email. The email said I would receive my tickets within 2-24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing! I call Cheap Flights Fares and they are like “oh yeah, we aren’t giving you tickets because the price we had on our website was a discounted rate and we don’t want to sell you that price anymore. You have to pay us more money if you want to travel!” Why was this never communicated? Why did I have to be the one to pay for a mistake the company made?
