Awful experience these people are thieves!
Do not book with these people do your research look for other airlines or agency such as Priceline they are so easy to work with.
I booked with frontier Airlines and they state they will issue a refund but you get the run around still no refund and all you can do is chat with them they conveniently disconnect.
