Had a death in the family ordered a plane ticket in the computer ring up the wrong date called this place they wanted another 300 and 90 something dollars and didn't want to give back the old ticket the guy was from India you could barely understand them we need to bring this back to America and make America great this company is trash they try to take your money and don't want to book it properly set on the phone for 2 hours with this guy couldn't understand a word because he spoke Indian

Had to pay extra for a change of flight and baggage fees. Information was withheld. Never again. Booked on layovers when direct was available on Spirit. Spirit will take no responsibility because it was booked third party. IDK which one is worse. I'll never use CheapOair or Spirit ever again.

I wish I can give them 0 but my experience with CheapOair and their stuff has been a nightmare. I booked a flight with CheapOair and cancelled it right away on 5/8 and I was told refund takes about 7-14 business days. I called them after 21 days of not getting my refund and they said they did refund me but I got nothing, I was asked to call my bank and confirm with them. As I was on the line with CheapOair stuff we called the bank and they confirmed that there was no refund from CheapOair. They then asked me a copy of my bank statement from 5/8 to 5/22 which I did. After couple days they said “ Dear Customer, Greetings from CheapOair's Billing Department. This is in reference to your booking number 90195033. Upon checking the booking we have found that our Waivers Team is following up with airlines for the refund request. Please be advised that Waivers follow up may take 5-6 weeks depending upon airlines response. Once we get an update, we will inform you.” Some of they stuff was really rude and I have been hang up on the phone multiple times. This is insane I need my money

Customer service is terrible, to non-existent. When I tried to work out an issue the agent actually told me to "call the airlines" and talk to them myself. Wow. Why am I paying for a booking service, again? So I opened an account with the airline and I will, indeed, be scheduling flights for myself from now on. Plus accumulating my own air miles, which the booking service was collecting up to this point, as I've never seen a single benefit.

Terrible customer service and misleading information about booking a flight and travel protection plan. When needing to cancel the trip for unforeseen reasons I was told to toggle back and forth between CheapOair and the company through which the travel protection was purchased. Neither would allow me to cancel the trip or file a claim without the other party making the first move. It was frustrating and disappointing to be so mislead and lied to. Will not use this service again and will inform all friends and family to steer clear of these crooks.

I had accidentally booked a flight and wanted to cancel it. Called them within the hour. It was within 24hrs and 7 days. They were charging me 18% of the cost of the ticket as a cancellation fee. Not only that, the customer care representative an Indian origin person called Nader. Was extremely rude and honestly a terrible person. We called the airline and they cancelled it with a full refund! Terrible and opportunistic.

This company is such a scam. Traveller's be warned. The thought that they made me loose my ticket without a single cent of refunds is very crazy. I would not recommend to anyone.

I book a flight for my wife and daughter. Unfortunately we had to cancel. There was a 500 dollar hidden charge when we booked the flight. When had to cancel they charged 490 dollars to cancel it. So we lost a total of 990 dollars from a scam travel agency.

Horrible! Way over charged for seats and bags and charged an emotional support animal fee when there was no animal. Trying to get a refund after 2 hours of booking and it's been an all day issue! I am not sure if I will ever see my $550 again. Never use this company!!!!!!!

Tried to cancel within 24 hours and no help. Will never use this company again customer service was a waste of time had to book another ticket on another airline. Will never use them again and will let everyone I know to stay away!

Be aware!! Tickets are non refundable at all if you don't cancel it 24h after purchase . I tried to cancel my flight 2 months before flight date they don't refund money. That is ridiculous!

When I requested I fo to cancel my flight, I was asked if I wanted to have my refund back on my original form of payment, card ending in the correct 4 last numbers. After cancelation, I got an email, that no funds would would be transfered but I would get airline credit, with just the airline I had booked with. I don't fly enough to ever use this. They are liars and cheats

I would NEVER use this company every again and have been telling everyone I know to stay away from this company. They are not friendly and their fees are never the same, every agent comes up with their own price change. I booked a flex flight meaning your flexible to change the ticket (which I thought as every other airline company out there works this way) CheapOair does not honor this even after paying the extra fee. Please do yourself a huge favor and STAY FAR away from this company.

I bought the tickets to CheapOair from France to Italy. The ticket price was 107 per passengers but the last name was misspelled. They are charging me 150 dollars for to fix the mistake. That is very disgusting.

The whole Customer Support group was a joke. I made a date change request to a ticket, and for 3 days they kept telling me to contact them 2-3 hours later because they had to ask if the change could take place. Finally I requested that I just wanted a response if the tickets could be changed or not. They came up with the option that I had to pay usd$169 per person to change both tickets, when the initial price of the tickets was 167 for both. I went ahead and lost the tickets, and bought 2 more for usd$134 for both. Will never use CheapOair again, and I hope that nobody else does either.

Cheap o Air sold me a business class tkt to Brazil and didn’t deliver the service I bought. After months waiting, frustration and lack of respect, the company offered me $150. I paid almost $2,900 in total for 4 legs of a flight. Two flights were on coach. Two flights on Business. As I flew only one in business, the least they should offer me was about $750. Besides, my stress and anxiety, as I bought a more comfortable flight because of health problems. They should be ashamed of themselves! I was a customer for many years, but now I would say: keep away from them! They do care about anything but themselves! I added a picture of my seat on my way back from Brazil. Nothing like business!

They advertised the cheapest flight, wrong. The airlines website was cheaper. So I called within 20 minutes of making the reservation, they want $100 cancellation fee. Never again

Not recommended at all Not recommended at all. Customer service is disaster and want to rob the customer.I received a mail notification that my flight is changed and can do the changes or cancel the booking. I tried to change the flight through the app but only an agent can assist. If I want to change the ticket there is a charge and for cancellation also charges. But there is no option to change the ticket by yourself. So any amount the agent will ask you need to only agree. That’s the only option they have left.
