When they finally responded, they often failed to address my questions and would abruptly close the chat. Additionally, I experienced multiple technical issues with their browser. The support agents I interacted with, including Anja, Damara, and Bibibe, provided an exceptionally poor experience. I booked a ticket due to the death of a family member, and they rescheduled my flight by 24 hours, which severely disrupted my local travel and hotel arrangements. As a result, I was unable to attend the funeral. The stress caused by this situation far exceeds the grief of my loss.
