Based on what ive been reading, theyre good at mimicking the airline webpages so it looks like youre working with the airline direct....thats how they scam you...plus buying travel insurance thru them is a scam as they dont follow thru with what they provide via wording loopholes. Once you pay for and have an email you have 100% coverage, they do not give you your money back as they have tons of fees attached to eat up what youve paid plus getting the runaround to try is ridiculous.
