Not recommended at all. Customer service is disaster and want to rob the customer.I received a mail notification that my flight is changed and can do the changes or cancel the booking. I tried to change the flight through the app but only an agent can assist. If I want to change the ticket there is a charge and for cancellation also charges. But there is no option to change the ticket by yourself. So any amount the agent will ask you need to only agree. That’s the only option they have left.
