I had a terrible experience with CheapoAir. When I requested a credit for my flight, the agent never clearly explained that I had to book within a specific time frame — they just said “use it during this period,” which was super vague. Later, I found out there were hidden fees and restrictions that they never mentioned. And when I tried to fix it, they refused to refund me anything. It honestly felt like a trap. The whole process was confusing and the customer service was no help at all. I’ll never book through them again.
