I ordered a beanie from the store which they claimed had arrived. After several emails with them they insisted that it had been delivered without offering any proof whatsoever and claimed that it had been picked up by a man named "Henry". My name is not Henry and nobody I live with is called Henry and my neighbours are not called Henry either so this must have been very poorly communicated with the courier which is extremely unprofessional or they simply made this part up. As a lifelong Chelsea fan I am absolutely shocked to be treated like this by my beloved team's web store. This terrible service is a disgraceful embarrassment to Chelsea FC and I can't imagine what kind of reputation this leaves to other fans. A friend of mine suggested I support Tottenham Hotspur FC or Arsenal FC instead as they do not treat their fans so poorly. Chelsea FC you must do something about this and get rid of this horrible service for the sake of your fans. Stadiums are empty anyway at the moment but expect one seat to stay empty even post-pandemic. This is a disgraceful breach of the consumer rights act. If anyone else experiences similar issues with the web store, follow the advice from Citizens Advice Bureaux (I was not allowed to provide a link by Trustpilot) and it will provide you with more information on why you are well within your rights to claim a refund. Do not let them lie to you like they have done to me and countless other people writing reviews. Love Chelsea FC but I refuse to be treated like this. #KTBFFH
