do NOT order in this store.
I ordered by express, an additional charge of 16 euros, and have been waiting for my delivery for 14 days. the order is not even processed. "picking" since 14 days
customer service replies with a pre-prepared mail after 3 days .... no information about my order. I have spent over € 170 and expect my order to be delivered on time.
I have now canceled my order by email, and here too, no response from customer service
unbelievable how you deal with your fans!
