Maybe my posting will help potential customers. I have tried to contact this company for nearly two months via emails and phone calls to no avail. I could understand waiting several weeks but not months. How can a company be trusted to provide customer support after purchase if they won't respond before purchase? Although I read reviews posted here that seem real, maybe they are fake. No one other than them can ever know for sure. As for me, I find them suspicious. The product seems really cool but no one at the company will take the time to respond. I hope customers get their expectations filled. I wanted to be one of you. As for everyone else, be warned that you might find yourself without help after purchase.
