I placed an order online on Tuesday, 8/3/21 for some ear medicine for my golden retriever.
The poor doggie has an ear infection that needs urgent attention.
The medicine I order from Chewy's has proven effective in relieving the symptoms of the ear infection and healing the problem.
As of today, Thursday, 8/4/21, I haven't received any acknowledgment of my order from Chewy's.
They have done nothing, so far, to deliver my order.
I'm disgusted.
Chewy's is all about media advertising and nothing about customer service.
They have shown me utter disregard for placing an order with them.
Think twice about depending on Chewy's for your pet's needs!
They will disappoint you!
