My senior dog is very old and was prescribed medication that was not sold locally. I sent them a prescription on a Tuesday. By the next Tuesday I contacted them and they claimed my vet was not responding. Called my vet and they had not received anything. Within 10 minutes Chewy stated it had been verified and would send rush delivery. Supposed to be delivered on Thursday. Now delayed. If it gets here tomorrow it will be 10 days after ordered. Dog has now gone down fast. Likely being put to sleep on the day the medication arrives.

They have the dog products - vet-prescribed food, supplements - we need. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. When I had questions I reached a real-person by phone. And my questions were always answered satisfactorily. This is a company to support! Thank you people at Chewy.

Shout out to Chewy for sending a card with well wishes and a gift for Gracie! What a nice surprise! I had not ordered anything at this time but Chewy knew Gracie was having surgery weeks ago. This is a retailer I will to continue to support …not just because of their gift but because of their great customer service. Thank you Chewy for making Gracie and me happy customers! 👍🐶🩷

I have repeatedly asked them to deliver my orders to my FRONT door...how hard is that? BUT NOPE...they continually drop them off at my GARAGE door which for me as a senior citizen is harder to go to and pick up the most often HEAVY box and carry it TO my front door! THESE young people are always in a hurry and just do not CARE to follow directions CLEARLY on the label. ALSO whomever packs the box AT CHEWY is lazy because the inside boxes are always SPILLED out and a mess! LAZINESS is a sign of a POORLY run COMPANY. BECAUSE Chewy is so BIG, THEY no LONGER CARE about GOOD quality CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are too BIG for their BRITCHES. I love Petco except for one thing, they do not include an invoice sheet or I would use them always. Carol D.

Chewy is a great company to order pet supplies from. We mistakenly ordered the wrong size jacket for our dog. I chatted online with their Customer Service and they said they don't do exchanges. They asked that we donate the jacket to a pet charity. They also placed the order for the new jacket for us, free shipping and a discount. The online chat is very accommodating. I would recommend ordering from them because of their policy of donating to local pet charities and their great Customer Service.

We have used chewy for years. They are professional and very dependable. Highly recommended. This week our beloved pet died at 14 years. I called chewy to discontinue some products. They were very sweet. Today we received a lovely flower display from the company. That shows you how this company cares about your pets. Thank you.

I have a senior cat with diabetes. I also needed her food and insulin in a rush. Chewy without hesitation made contact with our vet addressed my Tancie's issues. medication and food arrived within 48 hours of my order. I want to thank them for their prompt attention to my pets needs. U are worth more than 5 stars

Wow, this company... above and beyond. I recently had to put my beloved senior dog to sleep. I had to contact Chewy to cancel a subscription order and Jasmine the customer service representative was very compassionate. Imagine my surprise when the next day I received flowers and a sympathy card from Jasmine and Chewy. I was so touched at this gesture. I know that if I ever have another dog I will definitely be ordering from Chewy again.

What an amazing company! My super chewer lab puppy destroyed the Kong frisbee I purchased on chewy within 30 minutes. I provided this info when they asked for the post purchase review. I did not ask for a refund as my dog definitely destroyed the toy, but all of the sudden, I got an email that they credited my account because it didn’t last!! They also took the time to suggest three toys perfect for super chillers so of course I bought one. They have earned my business for life! That’s customer service to the Nth degree!

My dog recently passed away and i was apparently on auto ship for his pain medicine. it showed up a few days after he was gone. I was upset when I called because it was over $100 and my heart is still broken... they were awesome, refunded my money and even noticed I had just received a bag of dog food and refunded that as well. They told me they were very sorry for my loss. Although my heart is still broken they did make me feel better.

I bought my cat's food on Monday, they took the money right away but on Tuesday I Receive a message that says that I needed to call to customer service to fix something with my account.Which I did and they asked me a lot of verification questions and then they said that everything was fixed and that I will receive the food between 24 and 48 hours on Friday 4am I receive another email saying that I should call again and do the same process again and that they couldn't Approve my purchase EVEN THO THEY TOOK THE MONEY ON MONDAY asked for same information twice and told me that I will receive the food not later than friday... And because Is friday Already, and my cat does not have her food and I will have to go to another store anyway I aked them to cancel my order and account And they said that they will give me back the money in 2 business days MEANING NEXT WEEK (I have to wait for the weekend plus to the business day for having the money back when they did not have any problems takingit from me instantly) and like nothing they invite me to create a profile for my pet to keep buying there?!, haha not even crazy, The audacity of this people... I will not buy there Ever again....

I received a birthday card from Chewy for my sweet baby Mya. This prompted me to call to stop her auto shipments. When I told Johnnita that we had recently put Mya to sleep, she was so comforting and genuinely concerned about me. I thanked her and took told her how thankful I was because they have always given 100% satisfaction with any encounter I've had with them. Well tonight I came home and a lovely vase of flowers with a heart warming card awaited me from Johnnita and my Chewy Family. Yes, they not only made me smile but made my heart happy. Thank you.

Chewy you are amazing! What a fantastic company. My beloved dog Keena passed last week, and Chewy both refunded my money for the food shipment I had just received, as well as sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card. Through the years, their employees have helped me with various situations when I've called, always going the extra mile for the customer. Thank you CHEWY for being so amazing all these years! My dog Penny was my best girl. She was my sunshine. I got all her needs from Chewy once I learned about them after moving to Tucson. Penny is over the rainbow bridge now with her best friend LadyCat. Chewy sent a card and condolences after Penny died. I now have my cat Lily and five rowdy finches and a canary. I get all their needs from Chewy. Chewy is a fine company with a big heart. We are lucky to have them.
