We used Chewy exclusively for many years. Customer Reps are great and they back their products.
However, over the last several months, we repeatedly had shipment after shipment of damaged products. Continuous phone calls to Chewy failed to rectify the issue. Every shipment requested packing materials; which never transpired.
After six shipments containing damaged products, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
What is very interesting is that Chewy management seems to have no concern that they are losing long time customers. Family and friends have also found other sources for pet supplies.
Chewy should realize they are not the only availability to purchase pet supplies.
